XRP May Soon Be Legally Untouchable by SEC, Thanks to This Doc

It took lawsuits, delistings and three years of ETF lobbying, but XRP XRP - $1.898 may now escape its most existential threat: the "security" label. According to a new draft of the U.S. Clarity Act that has just come to light, any crypto asset that is used as the main underlying asset of a U.S.-listed ETF by Jan. 1, 2026, will not be considered a security under the Securities Act of 1933.
